Pick-Up Instructions

Step 1. Turn Your Phone On & Call us to Confirm that you have Arrived.
As soon as you land at the Honolulu Airport please call us at 808-349-0919  or TOLL FREE at 888-321-1192 to let us know that you’re on your way to the baggage claim. You may be faster (or slower) in getting off the plane than others, so it’s best to let us know, as opposed to waiting for your driver to call. Once we hear from you, we’ll send your driver so that he/she will be waiting nearby for you.

Step 2.  Call us & let us know your Baggage Claim Terminal Number.

When you have your baggage, call us to advise us of your Baggage Claim Terminal Number and our driver will be there in 2 to 3 minutes to pick you up.
